This is a major set back. Grounds for refusal are still based on Tirathrai Sdn of Jalan Tuanku Adbul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with their mark DON. This mark appears to be similar to our mark for the same or similar goods or services.

Jacqueline Coppack presents another sample. This time with the slimmer legs and bottom. We experiment with the bottom pockets closer to the mid seam to enhance the slimming effect.
